Celebrating National Pet Day with Birds of Prey

At Ty Llandaff Care Home our residents and staff were fortunate to be visited by Birds of Prey on National Pet Day. This is a fantastic opportunity for our residents to learn more about Owls and their temperatures as well as enjoy some pet therapy.  

Our Activities Programme at Ty Llandaff Care Home focuses on the needs of our residents and our activities programme is created to improve the lifestyle of our residents as well as bring them a sense of joy and happiness. 

A much-loved activity at Ty Llandaff Care Home is the visits they have from animals which is a fantastic source of companionship that increases the social interaction within our care home, brings a sense of comfort to our residents and reduces any symptoms of stress. 

At Ty Llandaff Care Home we encourage our residents to achieve the most out of each and every day and to continue to do what makes them happy. Our activities programme offers a wide range of fantastic facilities for all of our residents to partake in, from a day trip to the local area to pet therapy and book club.
