Let’s Make Music

Recently Ty Llandaff Care Home had a visit from a local music group, attended by our maintenance manager, due to our residents really enjoying this, they expressed a desire to learn some music themselves, this then lead them into learning how to play the ukulele.

We're lucky to have Peter; our maintenance manager, as he brings in a collection of his own ukulele's into the home to teach our residents how to play. It's such a fun and happy session in which our residents love.

This activity has been really beneficial for our residents, they all come together, play along and sing, thoroughly enjoying their session with Peter.
