Tŷ Llandaff Care Home is pleased to offer 24-hour Nursing Care, delivering professional, and compassionate support to residents with physical disabilities, long-term illnesses, complex medical conditions and those who need palliative care. Our experienced team of nurses is on hand to provide residents assistance for all individual needs, whether the level of nursing care and assistance required is minimal, or more intensive support is needed throughout the day and night, all nursing care delivered at our nursing home is in accordance to the individual’s specific needs and abilities.

Our Respite Care in Cardiff 

Respite Care is a short-term care option available to those who may be recuperating from a short stint in hospital, recovering from an illness or giving caregivers a break by taking over their daily care responsibilities for a period of time. Our Respite Care is entirely tailored to residents’ life and personal and social care needs, and our experienced and highly skilled nurses are available around the clock to meet all of those needs. Many of our residents who stay with us for a trial period enjoy their stay so much that they decide to remain at our care home after their recovery.

Equally popular amongst our residents is the Sherman Theatre. Based in the heart of Cardiff, Sherman Theatre is a ten minute drive away and is a leading producing house which creates and curates exceptional theatre for the people of Cardiff. Its focus is on the development and production of new writing and on nurturing of Welsh and Wales-based artists; the perfect place to embrace and celebrate Wales and for residents to really feel at home.

For those who like to explore the great outdoors, residents and loved ones have an array of outdoor tourist spots to visit.
